3. On-the-spot measure and quote 

4. Confirm and schedule time - to carry out the job

5. Initial payment - 50% payment is required up front

6. Complete the job

7. Ensure client satisfaction - go through the job to ensure complete job satisfaction

8. Remaining payment - the remaining 50% is required on completion
